The LIGHT HOTELS meet the needs of independent business owners in the hotel sector, through the establishment of flexible partnerships with various levels of autonomy.

The adherent hotel units can select their level of involvement in the network LIGHT HOTELS:

• Hotel management: the LIGHT HOTELS assume a share (total or partial) in the entity that owns the adherent hotel and are fully responsible for its management.
• Management of the franchise: the LIGHT HOTELS ensure the operational management of the hotel unit, excluding equity interests in the adherent hotel./li>
• brand management: the LIGHT HOTELS cede the use of the brand to the hotel unit by agreement.
